Vinisha Jaayaswal is a leadership and organizational development professional with 25+ years of corporate experience across healthcare, hospitality, technology and other industries.
She is an Imagineering Coach (ICF PCC), facilitator and four-time Facilitation Impact Awards winner. She was the first Indian recipient of the Facilitation Impact Award, recognized by the International Association of Facilitators for the impact of facilitation on business results.
Vinisha is the also the Founder of AbundanceByDesign and Director – Leadership & Organization Transformation at Simitri HR services. She is also the author of Imagineering – 7 Success Principles to Engineer Your Imagination. Her work is guided by the A3 Framework — Awaken, Alignment and Action, helping individuals turn insights into intentional action.
