No, joining GrowWithMentor as a mentor is completely free. We believe mentorship should be accessible and rewarding for both mentors and mentees.

You have full control over your availability. You can offer as little as one session a month or several sessions a week—whatever fits your schedule. The system allows you to set your calendar and availability easily.

All sessions are conducted online through video meetings. Once a mentee books your slot, you’ll receive all details along with a secure meeting link to connect.

Absolutely. You can define your areas of expertise, skills, and topics where you can provide the most value. Mentees will reach out based on those listed strengths.

You can choose whether to offer free mentorship or set a paid session fee. Many mentors start with free sessions to build visibility and gradually switch to paid ones as their demand grows.

Simply click on the “Become a Mentor” button, complete your mentor profile, add your areas of expertise, and set your availability. Once approved, your profile will be live for mentees to connect with you.

We provide onboarding assistance, profile optimization tips, session management tools, and promotional support to help you reach more learners. You’ll also get access to the mentor community for networking and collaboration.

Yes. You have complete control over your profile. You can pause availability, edit information, or deactivate your account anytime without any penalties.

Every mentor profile goes through a basic verification and screening process. We also encourage mentee feedback after each session to maintain transparency and quality across the platform.
