Rahul Ramchandran is an ICF Certified Coach with 23 years of professional experience, specializing in soft skills, communication, and leadership development.
Having worked in corporate roles such as Scrum Master at Birla Soft and Delivery Manager at Virtusa, Rahul brings deep industry insight into what truly makes professionals succeed beyond technical skills.
He strongly believes that student failure is rarely due to lack of knowledge, but rather due to gaps in communication, confidence, and clarity. Through his venture BrainQ Training and Coaching, he has helped students and professionals become corporate-ready individuals.
